MATERIALS AND FACTS
KEMPEROL V 210 is a three component, liquid waterproofing system with a polyester resin base for waterproofing flat roofs, garden roofs, perimeter details and protrusions. The waterproofing material can be used for repairs as well as for new constructions, because it forms a homogenous adhesive bond to virtually all old and new substrate. The waterproofing is permanently resilient, open for vapour diffusion, UV stable, resistant to root penetration and economical to process.

KEMPEROL V 210 is an ideal solution for complex waterproofing details such as ventilation pipes, drain, rooflights, gutter sections, expansion joints, sheet roofing overlaps, roof parapets etc.

SURFACE PREPERATION AND MIXING GUIDELINES
The substrate of the area to be waterproofed must be dry, and free from any loose particles and friable material. Observe priming table. Substrates such as bituminous roofing, asphalt, concrete or steel must be pre-treated according to the priming table.
KEMPEROL V 210 can be applied only on substrate with ambient temperatures above + 5°C.  At ambient temperatures below + 10°C, KEMPEROL UP-A Cold activator can be added to the component B. At temperatures above 25°C KEMPEROL UP-I Inhibitor C3 can be added.

THE APPLICATION MIXTURE
Add the KEMPEROL catalyst powder (Component C) to the KEMPEROL V 210 component A and mix intensively. Then stir component B and add to component A + C at the ratio 1:1 and stir in until no longer streaky to obtain a uniform colour.
Two thirds of the material can be applied to the surface with a nylon roller. Roll out with KEMPEROL fleece roller to remove all wrinkles and then saturate completely with the remaining one-third of the mixture.
After approx. 30 minutes KEMPEROL V 210 is resistant to rain and completely cured after 72 hours.

CONSUMPTION
Approx. 2.8 - 3.6 kg/m² giving a coating thickness of approx. 2 mm.

PACK SIZES AND COLOURS
KEMPEROL V 210 roof waterproofing consists of component A in 23.4 kg or 9.4 kg containers and components B in 25 kg or 10 kg container plus the catalyst powder (component C) in quantities of 1.6 kg or 0.6 kg.
The waterproofing is available in the standard colour grey, other colours are available on request.

KEMPEROL 1K
A sovent-free, single component ready to use waterproofing system.

KEMPEROL 1K is a highly flexible, solvent-free single component polyurethane based liquid applied system, which offers significant advantages to traditional repair methods.

KEMPEROL 1K offers a complete waterproofing solution for these sensitive areas and for other awkward details such as corners, protrusions and is suitable for use on wide range of substrates.
The light-weight nature of the KEMPEROL 1K system adds minimal load, making it particularly useful where roof stability is a concern. Single pack KEMPEROL 1K provides a long term, cost effective solution, yet is easy to use, straight from the container.

APPLICATION

	The substrate must be prepared in accordance with KEMPER SYSTEM priming guidelines.
	Pour KEMPEROL 1K directly from the can on the prepared and primed substrate.
	Lay KEMPEROL 120 Fleece into the wet resin and embed with a perlon roller.
	Pour KEMPEROL 1K on to the fleece to ensure complete saturation.
	KEMPEROL 1K is rainproof after approximately 5 hours.

COELASTIC EVO
A single component ready to use waterproofing system.

COELASTIC EVO is a single component polyurethane-resin-based waterproofing system that is applied in liquid form and reinforced with a fleece insert. The material cures and forms a bond with the substrate.
Balconies, terraces are among the most sensitive parts of the structure, too often presenting problems of water leakage.

A unique feature of COELASTIC EVO is its outstanding cost-effectiveness when used as full surface roof waterproofing, as a detailed solution for structural connections, or in combination with other waterproofing materials.
The single component waterproofing is ready for immediate use. It ie stirred in the container and applied directly to the surface. COELASTIC EVO can usually still be applied effectively and efficiently.

The solvent free waterproofing system for indoor and outdoor application.

KEMPEROL 2K-PUR is a solvent free cold liquid-applied, reinforced two component polyurethane system which completes the proven KEMPEROL product range. KEMPEROL 2K-PUR has been specially developed for sensitive areas such as hospitals, schools, nurseries and for external situations in general.

KEMPEROL 2K-PUR can be used not only for the waterproofing of flat roofs, terraces and balconies, but also for the internal areas with air condition, such as central control rooms. KEMPEROL 2K-PUR provides long term cost effective protection.

KEMPERDUR FGC Coating
A ready to use sealing and decorative coating for balconies.

KEMPERDUR FGC Coating is a one component pourable polyurethane coating for sealing and improvement of balconies. It is crystal clear, and when it cures it forms a highly elastic, crack bridging coating on various surfaces like tiles, glass, and glass bricks.
