Workmanship & Materials Warranty

Eligibility: Available for select roofing and waterproofing projects that are full installations; Kemperol membrane must encapsulate the substrate completely edge to edge to avoid risk of moisture migration into the Kemperol system from other surfaces.

Intent of Coverage: This limited warranty provides repair/replacement materials and labor required to repair/replace the materials in the event defects in the Kemperol materials or related installation workmanship cause loss of watertight integrity, as defined in the warranty.

Minimum Square Footage of KSA material: 1000 square feet

Maximum $ liability of KSA for this warranty: No Dollar Limit (NDL)

Available Terms: 10-20 years. Other terms available for select applications, special requirements apply.

Material Warranty

Eligibility: Available for select roofing, waterproofing, and flashing projects that are full or partial installations. Specifically intended for installations on individual residences.

Intent of Coverage: This limited warranty provides repair/replacement materials and labor required to repair/replace the materials in the event defects in the Kemperol materials cause loss of watertight integrity, as defined in the warranty.

Minimum Square Footage of KSA material: 500 square feet

Maximum $ liability of KSA for this warranty:  Original Cost To Owner of KSA material.

Available Terms: 10-20 years.

Material Warranty

Eligibility: For all membrane and surfacing/coating products and for applications that do not qualify for Premier or Select Labor & Materials warranties. Purchaser to keep a record of proof of purchase with the downloaded copy of the Material warranty document.

Intent of Coverage: This limited warranty provides replacement materials in the event the Kemperol materials are defective in their composition, as defined in the warranty. Labor required to repair/replace the materials is not included.

Maximum $ liability of KSA for this warranty:  Original Cost To Owner of KSA material.

Available Terms: 10 years

KEMPER SYSTEM AMERICA, INC.’s  (“KSA”) above warranties are only available for projects installed by KSA applicator firms and applicator personnel trained and approved in accordance with current “TRAINING AND APPROVAL PROCEDURES” and applied in accordance with current “POLICY AND PROCEDURES FOR APPLICATIONS,” including currently published application and specification requirements, construction details, and technical bulletins. Please contact your local sales representative for other custom warranties. The above refers to individual warranties for specific terms and conditions, coverage, exclusions, and the rights, responsibilities and obligations of both the Building Owner and KSA. NO OTHER WARRANTIES ARE MADE OR IMPLIED; ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.
